You are eager to excel in and contribute to a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will sit within the International Accounting team, where your responsibilities will include all aspects of external payments, the general ledger, and month-end close for our International entities.**Your Success Profile**:**What You Will Work On**:- Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of accounting operations / payment settlements- Process, reconcile, monitor, and resolve any issues with payment to external vendors- Work with Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of payments- Collaborate with our internal product and operations team to enhance processes for accounting operations and payment settlements- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements- Manage account analysis, reconciliations and various accounting schedules as part of the month-end close process- Compile and analyze large volumes of data for reporting- Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are executed according to GAAP principles- Provide support during the annual audit- Assist with special projects, as needed and perform other duties as assigned**How You Will Do Your Work**:As a Finance Operations Analyst, _how_ results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization.
