**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Specialist to join our team at Landing!
As an **Accounting Operations Specialist** at Landing, you'll be a part of the Accounting team and will partner closely with the others, such as Property Accounting team and Operations.
You will play a critical role in the day-to-day property accounting function.

Our accounting team includes a Revenue Team and an Expense Team that work closely together, reporting to the VP Corporate Controller along with specialist roles such as Tax, Payroll, and External Reporting.
**What You'll Do**:
- Obtain payment details for payments made to partner properties
- Enter payment details for payments made to partier properties into spreadsheets and Landing's internal platform (data entry)
- Assist in identifying and reporting on issues related to the payment process
**What You Need**:
- **Fluent English (Native - Bilingual)**:
- **Ability to work in-office (Torre Esmeralda 3, Mexico City)**:
- B.S.
or B.A.
degree in accounting or business-related degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience in accounting, preferably with bank accounts and general ledger reconciliations, receivables, and payables
- Good working knowledge of overall Microsoft business suite ( Excel) and Google business suite (Sheets)
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented mindset, and a high sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic with the flexibility to work extended hours during critical periods, as necessary
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a fit in our fast-paced, inclusive culture
