**Description**:
The **Accounting Payable Team Leader** is to lead and supervise the organization's accounts payable management process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and efficiency in the management of financial obligations.
**Requirements**:
- It is essential to speak, write and interact in English.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in Team Leader Accounting positions.
- experience in managing relationships and resolving conflicts with suppliers
- Experience in account reconciliation and invoice processing.
- Experience in recording invoices for later payment.
- Experience in preparing financial/accounting reports.
- English at 80% language proficiency.
- Management of accounting software (desired to know Vista and Click up)
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable.
- Knowledge of the time difference between Mexico, California and Atlanta regulations (Polices, Taxes, Laws.)
- Generation of financial/accounting reports.
- Experience using accounting software (ERP)

**Activities to do.
**
- Maintain constant and effective communication with the company's different suppliers.
- Know, supervise and monitor the different activities carried out by the Accounts Payable department.
- Request lines of credit from suppliers, as well as expand existing lines of credit according to the company's needs.
- Register new suppliers and/or update the information of existing ones when necessary
- Support in reports, reconciliations and/or any other document requested by the accounting department supervisor and other interested parties.
- Process paym ents to suppliers.
- Perform an audit of the information managed in Vista and Click Up to maintain the accuracy of the accounting information.
- Perform, analyze and report the department's KPIs to the supervisor.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with the Finance department
- Resolve discrepancies in audits submitted by the Finance Department.
- Meeting management with the Accounts Payable team.
- Management of training and/or coaching in conjunction with the accounting supervisor and the HR department to ensure the performance of the department's employees.
**Position Details**:
- Contract: Full Time.
- Schedule: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm.
- Workspace: In-person.
- Work place: Guadalajara, Ladrón de Guevara Area.
- Immediate start date.
