Job TitleGeneral Accounting & Reporting Senior Associate

Reports toTeam Lead

The RoleThe reporting Associate is responsible for day to day activities of General Accounting and Reporting.
Responsible for period end activities.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties:
Perform activities such as period end close entries, intercompany accounting, ledger reconciliations

Pass journal entries as per the agreed SLAs and month end checklist

Perform fixed assets (Additions/ deletions/ Scrap/ Depreciation) recording and accounting as per the relevant Accounting regulations

Assisting in preparing various month end reports for management review

Assist in other monthly/quarterly/ yearly book closure activities such as Bank Reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation

Assist in Chart of Accounts Maintenance

Assist in performing variance analysis
Secondary Duties:
SLA compliance

Process Improvements

Qualifications andEssential:
Bilingual Spanish and English (Oral and Written) - MUST

**Required Skills**:
Accounting / Commerce / Finance/ Business Administration Graduate / Postgraduate

2-4 years of experience in the similar process with relevant industry

Ability to perform as a team member and gel well with teams

Working knowledge of general accounting processes as per the applicable GAAP

Working knowledge of various ERPs

Desired:
Good analytical and communication skills

High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability

Good Oral and written communications skills in English.
Knowledge of various tools used in general accounting process
