Accounting Services Analyst I

You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.MAIN ACTIVITIESExecute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.Reconcile general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation.Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant regulatory requirements (such as IFRS, SOX/ICFR).Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function.Perform analytical reviews on specific P/L accounts.Support the external Auditors' mission.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSCandidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes.Good knowledge of Microsoft standard tools (Excel, etc.).Knowledge of SAP.Fluent Spanish; English is a must to have.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.A spirit of initiative and autonomy.A sense of rigor and organization.Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across different functions.Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
