MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant regulatory requirements (such as IFRS, SOX/ICFR)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function
- Perform analytical reviews on specific P/L accounts
- Support the external Auditors' mission
PROBLEMS AND MAJOR ISSUES

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft standard tools (excel )
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent Spanish; English is a must to have.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- A spirit of initiative and autonomy
- A sense of rigor and organization
- Good communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across different functions
