Accounting Specialist

**Job Summary**Accounting Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, preparing and managing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to support informed decision-making.
This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
**Responsibilities**- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and journal entries.- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks.- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required.- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
