Job Summary:Support Accounts Payable departments by managing all aspects of accounts payable for Tbm Carriers De México S.A. De C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices and statements from vendors and carriers, uploading invoices into the accounting system, and ensuring timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:Review and verify invoices and statements from vendors and carriers.Upload invoices into the accounting system.Ensure timely payments to vendors.Maintain accurate records of all transactions.Requirements:Detail-oriented and organized.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Prior experience in accounts payable is preferred.Global Payments is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
