Accounting Specialist

You will ensure data quality, adhere to required cycle time and execute analysis to support critical business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepares and support journal entries for Aerospace sites (US, Canada, and Mexico),
- Documentation and sign-off on the preparation of account reconciliations,
- Reporting processes as HFM upload and HFM mapping,
- Assist in the preparation of internal reporting schedules and for external auditors.
- Deliver month end close activities for multiple medium and high-risk entities - manufacturing and non-manufacturing entities.
- Monthly Reporting processes.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Corp schedules
- Ensure account recons are delivered with quality

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of overall finance experience.
- Hands on experience with SAP and Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sound understanding of reconciliation techniques.
- Process orientated with excellent problem-solving skills and Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Exhibits good communication and soft skills and Proactive, ability to use own initiative and take lead to devise creative solutions.
