**Position: Accounting Specialist**
**Your profile**:
›**Fluency in English is a must**
›Knowledge in payroll and tax laws
›Public Accountant with at least three years experience in accounting areas
›Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
›Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
›Fiscal laws knowledge
›SAP FI experience
›Aspel SAE experience
**Tasks**:
›Travel expense posting and reporting for Payroll
›Approval of reimbursements
›Accounts receivable invoices and related tasks
›Accounts payable invoices and payment receipts and other related tasks
›Bank reconciliation
›Payroll posting and booking
›Tax recording
›Conduct accounting related audits.
›Social Security Booking - Provision
›Toll invoice booking and settlement
›Tracking electronic accounting
›Travel Advance expenses request & tracking
›Mexican Invoice Issuing
›Gasoline report booking
