The Role We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who will be part of this amazing and fast-growing fintech. Enhance decision making based on data, analysis and dashboards, as well as finding business opportunities, challenging decisions made and strategies implemented in order to keep the fast-growing mode. What will I be doing? Expertise in accounting of loans, accruals, etc. Proficiency in Mex and US GAAP. Monthly countable closing activities. Perform account reconciliations, financial analysis and information required. Provides accounting advice related to loans. Supporting all internal and external financial and risk management audits. Technical: Experience in Financial Analysis for balance sheet and P&L. Knowledge and experience in External and Internal Audit. ERP management (SAP, Oracle or Netsuite). Experience reporting information to different institutions such as SAT, SE, CNBV, BMV, INEGI, etc. Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related to finance. 4-5 years of experience in working in Accounting. 2 years of experience with Loans Accounting.
