**Carrier Payment Processing**:- Ensure timely and accurate payment notifications to carriers for services rendered.- Process carrier invoices and match them with corresponding delivery documents.- **Financial Record Maintenance**:- Maintain detailed records of carrier payments.- Ensure accurate entry of payment transactions into accounting software.- **Invoice Verification**:- Verify the accuracy of carrier invoices, ensuring all charges are correct and authorized.- Resolve discrepancies between carrier invoices and delivery documents.- **Accounts Payable Management**:- Manage accounts payable specifically for carrier payments.- Ensure timely processing and payment of all carrier-related expenses.- **Reconciliation**:- Reconcile carrier statements with internal payment records regularly.- Identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly.- **Financial Reporting**:- Prepare reports on carrier payment status, including outstanding balances and payment schedules.- Provide financial summaries related to carrier payments to management as needed.- **Communication with Carriers**:- Communicate with carriers regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.- Provide excellent customer service to carriers regarding their payment status.- **Internal Controls**:- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and security of carrier payment data.- Review and improve financial processes and procedures related to carrier payments.- **Software Proficiency**:- Utilize accounting software and tools to manage carrier payments efficiently.- Stay updated with new accounting technologies and best practices related to carrier payments.- **Ad Hoc Projects**:- Assist with special projects and tasks related to accounting as assigned by management.**Job Types**: Contract, PermanentContract length: 120 monthsPay: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in 45116, Zapopan, Jal.Expected Start Date: 01/07/2024
