We have four business units: Fresh dairy products and Plant-based, Bonafont, Bonafont en tu casa (jugs/large formats), and Danone Nutricia Earl and Life Nutrition (infant formulas), in addition to providing a true healthy option in the diet of all ages, is backed by decades of research and in-depth knowledge of the Mexican market.About you- Lead the month-end close process including the development of journal entries and account reconciliations.- Assess internal controls and compliance by following company practices and procedures in the areas of responsibility.- Facilitate the relationship between DBS RTR accounting and Danone group companies (MX, North Latam & Paris)- Strong Management & leading of the annual statutory audit process/procedures with the external auditors (MEXGAAP).- Coordinate and lead the monthly reporting process within Magnitude with the Consolidation Team in Paris, France. (IFRS).- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for General Accounting including maintaining user support documentation & KPIs.- Coordinate with and provide support to the Essential Dairy, Plant Based & Waters Finance business partners.- Continuously improve processes and systems within General Accounting and provide recommendations for other areas such as general accounting, intercompany, fixed assets, fleet insurance & banks & provide data for tax purposes.- Manage the accounting staff and develop new staff as needed.- Train and support the General Accounting Team's use of SAP, Nakisa, Magnitude and Micro Strategies- Bachelor's degree required in Accounting- Fluent in English (a must)- 8 - 10 years of general and/or public accounting experience- 4- 7 years of supervisory experience- Strong knowledge and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS")- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge- Knowledge/ Manage consolidation reporting system: Magnitude, BRAVO, Oracle etcAbout us At Danone we work to make a vision a reality: "One Planet, One Health".Here you will have space to create, undertake, grow and above all to be yourself, thanks to our culture of Inclusive Diversity, where we are clear that "our differences are what make the difference".Do things your way!
