Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Review the attachment of the voucher, and return any unreasonable attachments to the preparer.Complete the signing of voucher production, binding, and filing.Check inventory and fixed assets, ensuring that the warehouse management report aligns with actual facts.Verify account books, identify abnormal balances and long-term unbalanced accounts, and report findings to the financial manager promptly.Regularly bind accounting documents.Conduct account registration work.Check current balances with external companies, individuals, suppliers, and customers, investigating any discrepancies.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the financial manager.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company eventsOpportunities for promotionPay raisePromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8-hour shiftExperience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
