Activities
Supervise and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, support and feedback.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Review and analyze financial data, identifying trends, deviations and areas for improvement.
Develop and apply financial controls and procedures to maintain the integrity of financial records and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
Coordinate and assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit findings.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial information reports for management and interested parties.
Keep up to date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance with new accounting standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities to the accounting team.
Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and financial analysis.
Strong leadership and management skills to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data.
Mastery of accounting programs and Microsoft Excel.
Problem-solving skills to identify and address financial problems and discrepancies.

Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Experiencia y requisitos
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
· CPA (Certified Public Accountant) degree preferred.
· Demonstrated experience as an accounting supervisor or similar position.
· Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
· Proficient in accounting programs, such as QuickBooks, SAP or Oracle.
· Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
· In-depth knowledge of internal controls and financial management
processes.
· Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
· Great communication and leadership skills
