Responsabilities: Ensure that the accounting records are well posted in the correct profit/cost center (i.e.,fixed assets depreciation, amortization, accruals, FX revaluation, right of use, tax returns, employees benefits, etc). Supervise the accounting records in order to identify incorrect transactions (SAP & Local Books), all entries must be accurate and in compliance with NIF, LISR and electronic accounting. Prepare financial statements (BS, IS, CF & SoC) and Segmented ones as well. Preparation of accounting information for SIPRED/DISIF. Supervise and validate account reconciliations (Balance Sheet, USGAAP vs. NIF). Assist and advise when facing atypical transactions in order to propose the correct accounting posting Control the daily performance of his/her team. Compliance/Issuance of RNIE and INEGI. Bachelor's degree in accounting. 5+ years of experience in accounting related activities as described below. Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) knowledge. Financial Statements preparation experience. Monthly / Annual closing process experience. Fluency in English and Spanish. Proficient with SAP, CONTPAQ and Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs. Strong understanding of varieety of business lines and experience Attending audits.
