**ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR**Call Center Services InternationalAvenida Universidad 12965, Indeco Universidad, 22424, Avenida Universidad, Indeco UniversidadNeto semanal de $9,500 mxn net a to $11,000 mxn**Solo CV en Inglés.**- **Job Description**_- Daily cash reconciliations- Prepares and maintains tax, budgets and income-expenses reports using internal software and/or Microsoft Excel- Payment Tracings (which is a function of tracing payments from our subledger to the bank account) - with Great Plains and Oracle accounting software- Overseeing the internal accounting team and ensuring the delivery of results- General Ledger reconciliations- Can prepare Daily Balances/Trial Balances report- Other advanced accounting tasks, as per the need of the operation- Complies with the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) of the Finances Department- **Requirements**_- Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)- Bachelors / master's in accounting (Master's optional)- Timely, clear communications with great time management skills- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (including Pivots, lookups, functions, etc.)- Knowing Macros in Excel is a plus- Knowing basic to intermediate SQL is a plus- Detail oriented- Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is a plus**Salary**: $9,500.00 - $11,000.00 per weekApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience leading an accounting team, or similar department?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
