Be a part of our journey!**Your day to day**- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure Account Payable gives first-rate customer service.- Ensure all invoices are batched, processed, and paid in a timely manner.- Responsible for researching exceptions/hold issues on Invoices by partnering with Procurement Team and other departments around the globe to ensure PO holds or other issues are resolved timely.- Solve day-to-day invoice questions and statement questions.- Main responsible for the assigned Business Unit Main escalation point.- Weekly monitoring the AP Aging and Invoices on Hold reports Tracking the Follow-up with the respective area for issues resolution.- Perform vendor statements reconciliations.- Assist with recommending improvements to current processes to ensure ongoing compliance with accounting policies/procedures, GAAP and SOX.**What you bring to the team**- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Must be detail-oriented and analytical.- Proven ability to complete repetitive tasks- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills- Knowledge of basic accounting principles- Shared Services previous experience (Desirable)- Oracle or SAP experience (Desirable)- 90% English Spoken and Written.**Our Culture**At Poly, leadership principles aren't just something we talk about, they're something we live and breathe.
