You'll analyze customer inquiries to solve problems and develop plans to solve for large scale issues- Maintain a steady influx of service tickets while prioritizing the most critical- Act as liaison between end user and appropriate internal sources- Maintain, refine, and troubleshoot challenges with existing software to make sure it's up to code (see what we did there?)- Provide feedback to our product team in order to continuously evolve our product suite**What You Need to Succeed**:- Customer Service Experience 2- 3 years - Call center environment experience preferred- ERP software experience - Preferably in Epicor 9, Vantage or Vista- 2-3 years of Financial business flow knowledge and experience.- AR, AP and General Ledger- Inventory/Work In Process- Financial Reporting/Statements- General Ledger account reconciliation- Job Costing- Fix Assets- Multi-company consolidations- English proficiency, both oral and written**Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart**:- ERP Experience using Epicor 10, Eclipse, HMCKnowledge/exposure to computerized Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) will be preferred.**Why you should click "Apply"**:In a role like the Accounting Support Analyst, you will develop agile skills that can be applied into many different areas of the business.
