**About the Role**:
**What You'll Do**:
- It's all in the name. You'll analyze customer inquiries to solve problems and develop plans to solve for large scale issues
- Maintain a steady influx of service tickets while prioritizing the most critical
- Act as liaison between end user and appropriate internal sources
- Maintain, refine, and troubleshoot challenges with existing software to make sure it's up to code (see what we did there?)
- Provide feedback to our product team in order to continuously evolve our product suite
**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Customer Service Experience 2- 3 years - Call center environment experience preferred
- ERP software experience - Preferably in Epicor 9, Vantage or Vista
- 2-3 years of Financial business flow knowledge and experience.
- AR, AP and General Ledger
- Inventory/Work In Process
- Financial Reporting/Statements
- General Ledger account reconciliation
- Job Costing
- Fix Assets
- Multi-company consolidations
- English proficiency, both oral and written
**Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart**:
- ERP Experience using Epicor 10, Eclipse, HMC
Knowledge/exposure to computerized Manufacturing Planning and Control (MPC) will be preferred.
