Join a winning team in a growing global organization!The Accountant Supervisor is responsible for guaranteeing the accuracy and timely booking of daily transactions and coordinating projects related to the finance operation of the company.What our Accountant Supervisor does:Responsible for validating the correct allocation of daily operations of the company.Validate and approve new vendor requests.Guarantee the daily update of vendor contracts, corporate databases, and follow up with the Mexico government controls to avoid doing business with any risky vendor.Responsible for ongoing control and tracking of vendors blocked by the Government.Monthly tax determination.Responsible for fixed asset administration.Maintains and ensures accuracy of accrual determinations and control.Closing month coordination; Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable.Bank payments uploading.Elaborate financial statements & budget.Cost of sales analysis.Analyzes and prepares the Statistics Financial Report (INEGI).What we look for:Degree in Public Accounting and 6 plus years of experience in private companies (not accounting firms), executing daily and closing month/year activities for Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Finance, Foreign Taxes & Regulations, Import/export Accounting Recognition, Accounts Receivable, Inventories & Costs.Experience as an auditor required (internal or external).Experience in leadership of at least two projects required.Additional Qualifications:Experience with physical inventories (Goods and Fixed Assets).In charge of budget management required.Updated on tax regulations.Bilingual.Oriented to results.Knowledge of Commercial ERPs.Willingness to travel (30%).Passport and Visa (desirable).What we offer our team members:12 vacation days after the first year.30 days Christmas bonus.Major medical coverage; employee and dependent coverage are available at no cost.Food vouchers.Life insurance coverage is company paid.Ongoing training throughout your employment with opportunities to participate in professional and personal development programs.Great culture and opportunities for growth and advancement.Want to learn more?
