.Accounting & Tax Coordinator**Category**:Finance**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX**The position**- As an Accounting & Tax Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice handling, payment confirmation, GR/IR management, and invoice accruals.-- Serve as the main point of contact for T&E handling and Concur.-- Directly interact with the bank for various financial transactions.-- Process manual payments such as payroll payments and taxes.-- Ensure internal controls and compliance with ICFR and other financial reporting standards such as IFRS.**Qualifications**- We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA is desirable.-- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.-- Experience with ICFR and internal controls over financial reporting.-- Proven experience in managing relationships with external auditors.-- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**About the department**- You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing the accounting process for all activities related to Record to Report.
