**Responsibilities**: Here is a detailed description of what your responsibilities will be:- Perform customer invoicing- Follow up with customers regarding payment in accordance with PolyWorks Mexico's collection process- Manage customer transactional sites and upload documentation according to their policies- Review customer purchase orders- Generate and send purchase orders from PolyWorks Mexico to headquarters- Other related tasksQualifications:- Have a degree in the accounting administrative field- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable and creating invoices- Have excellent attention to detail- Strong level of Excel skills- CRM/Salesforce and invoicing software knowledge is an asset- Be comfortable contacting customers for follow-up- Well-organized and self-motivated- Team-oriented with a positive attitude- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with tight deadline**What do we offer?
