MissionEnsuring quality Accounting to Reporting service delivery to entities supported by the Regional Center of Excellence while continuously improving the processes and tools to ensure further efficiencies.Responsibilities:Ensure the delivery of quality services to the entities in line with local business requirements and the Epiroc WaySupport and assist the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in AtRPerform day to day activities with high functional focus and expertiseContinuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of workingParticipate in projects for the AtR Regional Center of Excellence TeamContribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organizationEnsure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the teamYour profile:Broad experience of accounting and finance in multinational companiesProven extensive knowledge of IFRS are needed in the roleVery good command of English is mandatoryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 is a plusProven experience from working with group reporting / consolidation in an international organizationPeople management potentialStrong organizational and analytical skillsStrong continuous improvement mindsetPositive attitude, analytical approach with good problem-solving skillsAbility to plan work effectivelyConsistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for detailsTeam player, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive with good organizing and time management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
