Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition's strengths and weaknesses.Proven analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Executes territory sales plans and strategy in line with the Business Unit Strategy to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers.Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, distributors and healthcare professionals.Responsible for looking for opportunities to increase share in Baja California Norte and SonoraDevelops and executes action plans for each customer based on customer business plans.Delivers sales and distribution targets in territory.Coordinates with the back-office team (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance etc..) to solve customer requests.Executes key account plans to develop different therapies in collaboration with the Field Clinical Specialist of the territory.Negotiate and processes customer orders to achieve quota.The position may require presence at Operating or Cathlab room to support Cardiology, surgery services and follow up to patients, physician, nurses and medical administrators.English (medium to advanced level) spoken and written.This position requires to travel 40% or 50% of the time.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop an in-depth knowledge of the products and services provided by the division
