Accounts Lead

As an ACCOUNTS LEAD, you will manage and attend the Suppliers documents to ensure compliance of payments for goods and service.
Ensure processing, support the internal contacts and suppliers' requirements.You will report directly to Accounts Payable Manager.
This job is hybrid: #LI-Hybrid #LI- Onsite**Key Responsibilities**- Ensure the low risk into the Supplier Aging Balance and accounts related.- Receipt and review all the suppliers' documents.- Ensure the review and recording of invoices into the correct financial period into the ERP System.- You will have to lead the team of analysts to achieve the goals.
**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in business management or accounting areas or related science with relevant experience.- Experience as AP analyst at least 4 years.- Experience in ERP Systems (QAD, SAP, Oracle) and Excel (can perform complex functions).- Financial knowledge related with Accounts Payable and Accounting.- You will have Improvements into processing and Indicator development.- Support and attendance for external and internal auditor's requirements.
