.Join our team SIG as a …ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYSTThis position is responsible for all AP and general ledger activities, in compliance with global and local Policy & Procedures. The position will have frequent contact with cross-functional teams and suppliers, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.Key job functionsAccuracy of accounts payable and reporting processes with local requirement for Taxes and statutory compliance.Ensure all invoices have proper documentation and approval prior to payment.Preparation of the weekly payment plan, according to seniority and payment conditions.Responsible for accounts payable and intercompany payments.Monthly reconciliation of supplier and intercompany accounts.Reconciliation of accounting balances assigned to this position.Accurately account for transactions, including expenses and provisions as necessary.Compliance with internal control.Attention and delivery of documentation to external and internal audit, follow-up of recommendations.RequirementsIntermediate English LevelCommunication, negotiation and sense of priority (Skills to communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers)Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word)ERP (SAP/S4H)3- 5 years of experience in the area.Bachelor's degree in accounting (Must)Competencies SIGWe are looking for people who are willing to consistently achieve results, even in difficult circumstances, employees who create a climate in which everyone is motivated to do their best and help the organization achieve its goals.
