Follows processes in place to obtain required documentation and approvals in compliance with Aptar policies.THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINSProcess a high volume of Accounts Payable invoices, including obtaining approval if needed, coding and data entry; Review outgoingvendor payments for accuracy; Research goods received/invoice received (GRIR) discrepancies and follow up with vendors and/or Purchasing department; Develop and maintain desk procedures; Reconcile intercompany accounts monthly; Process inventory invoices from outside vendors, including contacting them for clarification; Compile and process monthly accruals; Use tax preparation; Purchasing Cardback-office review; Assist department as needed in other projects and/or tasks; Process payments in multiple methods; Provide supportdocumentation for reconciliation, SOX control and audit procedures when required.WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEYMinimum 2 years of experience as accounts payable processor in manufacturing environmentSAP experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in finance related fields: Accounting, Business Administration, Economy, etc.Knowledge of accounting procedures; Knowledge of debits/credits, journal entries, ledgers, disbursements; Computer skillsin departmental software (currently SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook); English level minimum B2 CEFR or equivalent
