**Accounts Payable Analyst-US****Department**:Finance **Reports to**:Accounting supervisorAccounts payable analyst is responsible for managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers for US site. Helping us with the process, track, and record payments in accurate, efficient, and timely manner. AP analyst will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us om track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.**Required skills and qualifications**:- Accounting bachelor's degree- +3 years of experience- Conversational English- Computer skills basic/intermediate (Knowledge of word, excel, power point, etc.)- ERP knowledge (preferred)- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping- Time management skills and detail oriented.- Proactive and dynamic.- Analytical skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.**Responsibilities**:- Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.- Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.- Checks cutoff and transfer payments.- Monthly expenses reports.- 3-way match review.- Review and reconciliation of accrued receipts.- Elaborate accruals for non-PO expenses.- Reconciliation of Intercompany balances.- Strengthen and frow relationships with vendors and suppliers.- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.- Comply with national and local financial regulations, including internal control process.- Other activities regarding End Month Closing (reclassifications, reconciliation, etc).- Other activities supporting accounting department.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $2,814.60 - $6,719.04 a la semanaPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Tijuana, B.C.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
