Company Description**The Averna experience**Averna delivers industry-leading test solutions and services for communications and electronics device makers worldwide, accelerating product development, quality and innovation:**Job Description**:**The Accounts Payable Analyst challenge in a few words**At our Guadalajara, Mexico office and reporting to the AP supervisor, the Accounts payable Analyst will perform accounts payable for purchases of material with purchase orders and receptions; for service invoices; for expense reports; and for corporate credit cards purchases for legal entities in Mexico, Canada, and the United States. If you are curious by nature, autonomous and motivated by problem solving, this position is surely for you!**Your contribution **in this role- Process, code and record of supplier invoices in the ERP.- Process payments to suppliers.- Review, register and reimburse employee's expense reports.- Record and reconcile transactions paid by corporate credit cards.- Analyze and solve problems related to supplier invoices and purchase orders.- Reconcile supplier statement of accounts.- Communicate with suppliers and buyers when required.**Qualifications**:- ** Diploma**: University diploma or any other relevant education/experience mix.- ** Experienced**: 4 years of experience in accounts payable.- ** Competent**: Proficiency with Excel; Strong communicator; Proficiency with systems (ERP); Knowledge of Mexican and/or US sales taxes.- ** Multilingual**: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- ** Asset**: Knowledge of D365 ERP; Canadian sales taxes; Project accounting.Additional Information**What's in it for YOU**- Flexible work hours, full benefits- A additional day off on your birthday- Competitive total compensationAverna is committed to employment equity and to encouraging diversity and inclusion.
