Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**Principal duties and responsibilities**:- Audit T&E expense reports according to business rules.- Cash advance handling.- Employee reimbursements handling.- Run reports for KPIs and audits.- Provide end user training.- Month end accruals for travel expenses not reported.- Credit card reconciliations.- Monitor information flow and handle errors (BMO/Axosnet to Concur, Concur to SAP)- Customer service.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Bachelor Accounting degree.- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and travel and expenses.- SAP system management an asset.- Concur experience an asset.- Bilingual (80% English & Spanish) both oral and written.- Proven, consistent, and accurate alpha-numeric data entry for a high volume of information.- Good communication and problem solving and the ability to work with personnel within and outside of BRP.- Team player.- Able to work on a fast-paced environment where the workload is high.LI-AZ1
