ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.As **Accounts Payable Associate**, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing, payment and reconciliation of creditor invoices, investigator payment requests and employee expense claims.
**Responsibilities**:Timely and accurate processing of AP vouchersTimely and accurate payment of AP vouchersManagement of all documentation in line with statutory requirementsReconciliation of creditor accountsAssist in month end close processResolution of issues with suppliers, investigators and employeesParticipation in AP re-engineering projects as needed**Requirements**:Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Commerce or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in a multi-national Accounts Payable FunctionProficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelGood Accounting System Knowledge (Oracle Financial an advantage)Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer serviceAbility to work under pressure, to strict deadlines with a high volume of transactionsAttention to detailAbility to work on Own & as a Team playerGood organization skills**Benefits of Working in ICON**:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
