Responsible for processing and recording accounting transactions using software and systems. Communicates with vendors, customers, and different departments within Panduit to resolve outstanding issues.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:Receives, processes, and records various accounting transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local equivalent as well as Panduit policies and procedures. (50%)Continually evaluates existing processes, and recommends suggestions for improvement that will facilitate business objectives. Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified. (20%)Communicates with clients and with other departments within Panduit to clarify and find solutions to outstanding accounting related issues, procedures, and policies. (20%)Participates in key improvement projects within Accounting focusing on improving service levels and reducing costs. (10%)**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:Required Degree: Associate's Degree or student working toward a degreePreferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in the Business related fieldYears of Experience: 2-4 years in Accounting, A/R or A/PAdvanced English proficiency.
