Your role at Clorox:
As an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk at Clorox, you'll support our T&E processes across multiple LATAM countries and contribute to both corporate and local projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in handling payments, driving process improvements, and collaborating across teams.
In this role, you will:
- Process Payments & Reimbursements (50%) - Ensure timely payments to banks and reimbursements to employees.
- Analyze & Resolve Issues (25%) - Provide data-driven insights to identify root causes and implement corrective actions within the accounts payable process.
- Issue Resolution (15%) - Partner with third parties and internal teams to resolve raised issues.
- Continuous Improvement (10%) - Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve the accounts payable process.

What we look for:
- Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field experience.
- Experience: At least 2 years in finance or accounting roles.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, Visio), with advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Advance/Fluent English is a must
