Your role at Clorox:
As an Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk at Clorox, you'll support our T&E processes across multiple LATAM countries and contribute to both corporate and local projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in handling payments, driving process improvements, and collaborating across teams.In this role, you will: Process Payments & Reimbursements (50%) – Ensure timely payments to banks and reimbursements to employees.Analyze & Resolve Issues (25%) – Provide data-driven insights to identify root causes and implement corrective actions within the accounts payable process.Issue Resolution (15%) – Partner with third parties and internal teams to resolve raised issues.Continuous Improvement (10%) – Collaborate in cross-functional teams to improve the accounts payable process.LI-HYBRID Mexico
What we look for: Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field experience.Experience: At least 2 years in finance or accounting roles.Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, Visio), with advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, formulas).Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex issues.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently or in a team.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to diverse audiences.Strong customer service, organizational, and time-management skills.Advance/Fluent English is a mustWorkplace type:
