Main duties and responsibilities include:Enter new vendors in the system, manage vendor insurance renewals and obtain W-9Review invoices and reconcile them to the appropriate contract/work orderDownload recurring invoices from the vendor portal, ensuring on-time payment without direct supervisionSet up and process recurring transactionsContact vendors and resolve accounts discrepancies, payment status, and disputesCode and process invoices for manager/board approval.
