**Job Activities**:
- Enter new vendors in the system, manage vendor insurance renewals, and obtain W-9
- Review invoices and reconcile them to the appropriate contract/work order
- Download recurring invoices from the vendor portal, ensuring on-time payment without direct supervision
- Set up and process recurring transactions
- Contact vendors and resolve account discrepancies, payment status, and disputes
- Code and process invoices for manager/board approval. Monthly assessment billing processing
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Generate refund check requests
**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday
Regular Schedule 10:00-19:00 Mexico City time
Daylight saving 09:00 - 18:00 Mexico City time

**Requirements**:
- Graduated in accounting or finance-related
- 2 years of experience in a similar position or related.
- Strong communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptability.
