Accounts Payable Coordinator

Responsabilities: Manage assigned workflows to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy. Perform three-way-match reconciliation of purchase order to goods receipt to invoice. Understand and apply tax plans appropriately to the processing of vendor invoices for multiple project locations. Responding to vendor requests/inquiries and perform to resolve the issue. Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies in the department. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Administration. 1+ years of experience in accounting Three-way-match reconciliation and accounts payable function. Organization and Multitasking Customer Service SAP and reporting background is desired. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
