Accounts Payable

This position works to ensure all vendor invoices are properly recorded to the correct company, division, cost center, and account in the general ledger, approved by the appropriately authorized individuals and paid timely and accurately.
This position supports AP accounts payable to ensure all required protocols are followed for processing of such payments and handles A/P processing questions from both internal and external stakeholders.Essential duties and responsibilitiesReview invoices for accuracy in pricing, units, etc., and work with cost center managers to resolve discrepancies.Oversee and resolve exceptions within the invoice matching process.Ensure adherence to company policy by verifying invoice approvals are within established authorization matrices.Review/verify SAP data, utilizing it to create files and reports as required.Assist in maintaining the integrity of all accounting records and financial reports.Provide backup coverage, maintain training material, and provide training for new associates regarding the Concur expense reporting system.Review and maintain GR/IR accounts.Work within the guidelines of ISO and EHS.Education and experienceUndergraduate students.Associate's degree in accounting preferred.Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within accounts payable.Advanced English proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
