Global supplier of paper, chemical and other products, specialized in Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, invites you to be part of the team as an:**Accounts Payable Executive****_Requirements:_**- Three to Four Years' Experience in the Accounting Area, Minimum Two years in A/P.- Education Level: Minimum 2 years of college.- Fluent in English (it will be English interviews), you will be working only with American and Canadian staff.- You must have valid American Visa**Knowledge Required**:- Excellent computer skills (including strong knowledge of MS Office products).- Knowledge of the wastepaper industries and/or recycling industries a plus.- Great communication skills- Basic math skills necessary.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Processing and paying a high volume of vendor invoices.- Research and resolve all account discrepancies.- Reconcile check batch reports.
