You will be working only with American and Canadian staff.- You must have valid American VisaKnowledge Required:- Excellent computer skills (including strong knowledge of MS Office products).- Knowledge of the wastepaper industries and/or recycling industries a plus.- Great communication skills- Basic math skills necessary.Skill Requirements:- Strong attention to details- Must be strong at multi-tasking.- Excellent judgment, organizational and communication skills required.- Proficient in problem-solving and analytical capabilities.- Ability to work under pressure in an efficient and productive manner.- Self-motivated, confident, proactive character.- Be able to prioritize workload.- Work well with other staff members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Processing and paying a high volume of vendor invoices.- Research and resolve all account discrepancies.- Reconcile check batch reports.WE OFFER:- Range gross salary from $ 20,000 to 30,000 per month according to experience and skills.- Fulltime job, from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
