**Accounts Payable Front Office Analyst**Major responsibilities for this position include:- Resolve queries raised to Accounts Payable in the Americas- Resolve Very Urgent Payment Requests raised to Accounts Payable in the Americas- Ensure timely response and resolution - within agreed SLAs- Processing of urgent invoices or corrections if required to resolve queries- Initiate payments which have to be executed on the same day- Address root causes to repetitive issues within the process/organization**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Accounting degree and/or 2 years+ working experience in AP or Procurement- Strong analytical skills- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly inter-dependent organization- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills- Good communication skills in **English and Spanish**- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage- Good process understanding- Service oriented and responsive with a proactive and positive attitude- Structured way of working and able to work in line with agreed timelines and priorities, also under pressureTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $34,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
