Join Accounts Payable (AP) team to process accounting transactions in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
**Your responsibilities**:

- Prepare Excel files of payment proposals
- Sort network folders of payment files
- Excel file control of issued checks (actual status)
- Analyze bank reconciliations (open payment items)
- Prepare Journal necessary for payment rejections due to fee collection or account reclassifications

**Your background**:

- Students with bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of studies with active school insurance
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Independent and structured way of thinking, self
- initiative, goal
- oriented
- Availability for 6 months with the possibility of extension up to 1 year
