Join Accounts Payable (AP) team to process accounting transactions in a complete, accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
**Your responsibilities**:

- Review and control of invoicing received from the group
- Minimization of the volume of unregistered overdue invoices
- Support in account reconciliations, as well as support in the process of raising quality improvement points
- Preparation of suggestion manuals and development of improvement plans for the area
- Development of user support plans to implement improvements in the accounts payable process
- Preparation of reports for backlog of backlog retirement

**Your background**:

- Students with bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of studies with active school insurance
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Independent and structured way of thinking, self
- initiative, goal
- oriented
- Availability for 6 months with the possibility of extension up to 1 year
