If this is you, we'd love to talk.ResponsibilitiesInvoice processing: Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.Vendor Management: Help identify inconsistencies in vendor files, including contact information and payment details.Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies.Reporting: Prepare and generate transactional backlog reports for review by senior staff.Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the accounts payable team, including spot checks, quality reviews, and dunning support.Experience & CompetenciesIdeally studying accounting, business administration, financial or similar.Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.Be self-directed, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.Advanced English - oral and written communication skills.Open to work part-time.Studying at least the 6th semester.What We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
