We dedicate 10% of our revenue to Research & Development to improve the diagnosis, prognosis, and quality of life of patients.Achieve, Cooperate, Care, and Innovate are the values we share and practice daily.Working at Guerbet means being part of a multicultural team of 2,600 people across more than 20 countries and playing a unique role in the future of medical imaging.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORThe Guerbet SSC America Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst is a rewarding position for a highly motivated professional who wants to gain valuable work experience and further their career at the Shared Service Center (SSC) of a global market leader in the pharmaceutical market.YOUR ROLEExecute day-to-day activities according to financial control standards, compliance, and best practices.Ensure quality and accurate delivery of services within agreed KPIs and as defined in SLAs.Support Senior/Pleno Analysts and Managers regarding daily work coordination.Identify and escalate issues with superiors and follow up in a timely manner.Perform daily cash application activities, release orders, and set up and analyze credit limits.Work directly with customers regarding delinquent payments, investigate discrepancies, and make recommendations for resolution.Prepare monthly and annual closing documentation and reports.Respond to customer billing inquiries (phone/emails), research and resolve customer account issues, and provide professional customer service.Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.Perform general accounting activities, including preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements.Report to the Order to Cash Team Leader.YOUR BACKGROUNDStrong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.Understanding of the O2C process; experience with ERP systems such as SAP & JDE is an advantage.Familiarity with accounts receivable, credit management, bad debt, and cash receipts.We offer continued personal development.
