Accounts Payable- Manager

_**Responsibilities**:_- Managing the daily/weekly/Monthly SLA/KPI /MIS reports preparation- Managing the daily KPIs and work allocation- Responsible for preparation of all daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly governance slides- Managing the team and their leave/Vic/appraisals- Review the team's day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process- Manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines- Understanding the clients requirements and be on top in delivering- Should be involving in day to day operations and should be performing transactions on need basis- Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholders- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls- **Qualifications**:_- Experience with team management- Stakeholder management & Comm skills + Relationship management- Transformation/Automation experience- Ability to work in complex customer and process situations, Problem-solving mindset- Openness to roll up sleeves to get to the details- Advanced english- Location Required: GuadalajaraTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- DiurnoPrestaciones:- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
