Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

**The Job activities are the following**:The AP AR Clerk is a skilled financial position responsible for receiving, reviewing, coding, and matchinginvoices with the proper contract/project.
Main duties and responsibilities include:1.
Enter new vendors in the system, manage vendor insurance renewals and obtain W-92.
Code and process invoice for manager/board approval Monthly assessment billing processing3.
Prepare payment proposals to present to the boards and the manager.4.
Set up and process recurring transactionsmanagement6.
Other duties and special projects as assigned7.
