Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist I

Join a team that delivers Accounts payable or Accounts receivable activities including e-banking payment administrator. You will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, posting information and balancing in general or subsidiary ledgers. You will process payments and manage monthly and quarterly closing. You will manage vendor reconciliation, process supplier invoices and follow up with customers for achieving payment goals. You will drive statutory payments per the legal requirements. you will ensure that all Company policies and procedures are met with correct authorization and documentation. You will also drive continuous improvement and standardization.

**JOB DUTIES:
- Ensure Service Level agreement are met
- Recognize and be able to prepare monthly metrics & analysis, such as
- Aged Creditor Analysis
- Debit Balance Analysis
- GRIR Analysis
- Review with key stakeholders on a monthly basis
- Responsible for error resolution & Escalations
- Monitor and maintain Invoice resolution queues
- Follow up with procurement on aged items
- Provide support to procurement as needed
- Internal Key Stakeholder Support both throughout US
- Maintenance of direct debit vendors
- Weekly analysis of any payment rejections
- Dealing with stop ship queries
- Analysing all parked invoices work with key-stakeholders to resolve issues
- Any other ADhoc Accounts Payable tasks
- Driving continuous improvement ideas
- Ensure SOP's are reviewed & updated Ensure all SOX key controls are adhered to

**YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or related field
- Experience in a similar position required
- SAP knowledge is advantageous Good computer skills MS Office - Word, Excel required

- US GAAP Financial Accounting/ASC 740 knowledge
- Understanding tax implications of multi-national company
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision
- Strong analytical & problems solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills Proven track record of people mgmt
