**Your Role and Responsibilities**Responsibilities may include:- Accounts Payable Process reviews, monitoring- Leading and supporting internal and external audits, including the presentation and demonstration of Accounts Payable Processes and control concepts- Performing compliance and SOX testing- Understanding data produced by Accounts Payable systems and processes, interpret and analyze report results- Creating process documentation and desktop procedures- Actively sharing acquired knowledge- Transparently, pro-actively reporting backlog, issue status information with own team and management- Lead and support problem shooting, complex investigations as needed- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and support teams- Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of improvement projects- Maintaining good working relationships with all parties, representing Accounts Payable**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- English language proficiency- Confident Microsoft Office skills- Presentation skills- Analytical skills- Teamwork- Problem solving and visualization of problems and solutions, critical thinking- Basic project management skills- Ability to adapt and manage change effectively- Ability to communicate, organize and work by own initiative- Good time management with ability to prioritize effectively**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**- English language proficiency- Confident Microsoft Office skills- Presentation skills- Analytical skills- Teamwork- Problem solving and visualization of problems and solutions, critical thinking- Basic project management skills- Ability to adapt and manage change effectively- Ability to communicate, organize and work by own initiative- Good time management with ability to prioritize effectively**Required Education**High School Diploma/GED**Preferred Education**Bachelor's DegreeDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
